Joey Widener Joey Widener
Since joining AT&T in 1998 Joey has worked to grow AT&T’s Hosting & Application Services line of business. In his role as Sr. Product Evangelist, AT&T Hosting & Cloud Services, Joey is responsible for managing the ongoing success of Virtual and Utility Computing Services, and most recently, the launch of AT&T’s Synaptic Hosting and Synaptic Storage Services. Joey’s key area of focus is working with customers to understand how various technologies can help them achieve their business goals. He regularly collaborates with customers to develop solutions that will meet customer requirements and grow the AT&T Hosting & Application Services business. He has presented at various industry events and spoken to leading organizations, including Tier1’s Hosting Transformation Summit, Web Host Industry Review, AT&T’s Disaster Recovery Summit , the Information Technology Alliance, and the National Association of State Technology Directors, among others. Prior to his current role, Joey served as the Regional Director of Hosting & Application Sales in New York City, and later in the Southeast market. Joey’s creativity and ability to think outside the box ensured that customer needs were met and AT&T’s business grew.
